Dena Stevenson is founder of TunedIn to Talent, LLC. Dena works as a consultant and coach with individuals, teams, and leaders to help ensure both the people and the organization achieve their potential. Dena has been an internal learning and organizational development consultant for over 25 years working in government agencies, non-profits, for profits, privately owned, and publicly traded organizations. Her work experiences have primarily been centered in the health care and banking industries. Employers have included Nebraska Department of Health, Bryan Health, Nebraska Medicine, TierOne Bank, American National Bank, and Immanuel Communities.
When working with individual employees, Dena’s work has focused on developing employee knowledge, confidence in their abilities, and belief in their talents so that they find joy and success in their work. When working with leaders, she focuses on developing their skills in identifying, valuing, and growing individual talent on their team.
Her expertise includes group facilitation, strategic planning, live and virtual classroom instruction, custom curriculum development, internal organizational communication strategy, employee engagement, culture building, change management, and transitioning existing processes from good to great. She has a passion for innovative approaches and stretching mindsets.
Dena holds a MA in Adult & Continuing Education from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and is a certified HR professional with designations from both HRCI and SHRM.
